The evil gang best-known as "Guilty Zero" govern the city, and it's up to you as one of the members of the Combatribes to take them out and make them pay for their crimes. Choose one of 3 fictional characters and battle your way along the city of New York. Progress along the game by tackling the louts and boss of each phase using your armory of kicks, punches, strokes and other skills to beat them into submission. Once your staying power bar is decreased to zero, you'll need to use a continue, but when you're out of continues, it's game over. Can you extinguish the menace of "Guilty Zero" and reconstruct the peacefulness in NYC?
