This shoot 'em up is the subsequence to the original masterpiece, Gradius. Two years after its last epic battle, the GRADIUS army recommissions the VIC VIPER super-dimensional military plane to battle the encroachment of a new nemesis best-known as GOFER. Piloting the up-to-the-minute model of the VIC VIPER, participants can choose between aggregate WEAPON MODULES and SHIELDS to undertake the varied phases and foe onslaught forms they come up against. With a sum of nine stages, this clean port of the original boasts one of the longest escapades in the series and features more of its hallmark fast-paced background euphony to attach to the acute action.
