Showcasing a depth of fictional characters and personalities and a vast, continual universe to explore, Breath of Fire II is the follow-up to the master smash-hit RPG. In a universe set 500 years after the early installment, in a frontier small town best-known as Gate, the father and sister of an immature boy known as Ryu are all of a sudden abducted. Strangely, all the denizens look to have wholly disregarded everything about the incident, and Ryu has immediately become an orphan. At a church, Ryu runs into just Bow, some other parentless in a like predicament, and they slip away from town unitedly to start their adventure. Take favor of the multiple gameplay points of view established in the game (such as the quarter-view perspective during combat that made the master game so popular) to use breathless abilities like priest-doctor fusing and firedrake transmutations and help these two young heroes finish their deadly quest.
